ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES CHARITY - NI BRANCH

EVENTS CALENDAR 2022

Andwe are back in style... ...for 2022

T he charity focus for 2022 is all about ‘Co Occurring Conditions’ such as addiction and mental health. Often, people ask for mental health support but don’t disclose their addiction, which means the treatment progress is slow or ineffective. The Electrical Industries Charity is raising awareness to encourage clarity on such problems, which will allow us to truly support someone to get better. The UK in the past year has seen drug addiction increase by a massive 217% in the electrical industry, with Northern Ireland presenting itself with an increasing problem. The Charity is raising vital funds to provide help services to anyone (even family members) in the electrical trade who needs help to overcome their problems with alcohol or substance addictions as well as having mental health issues. These events will raise a substantial amount of money which will help change many lives in Northern Ireland. www.electricalcharity.org Creatingbetter workplaces and industry communities for over 100years
