Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to join our team. Your role will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and have access to the products they need. You will work closely with our existing and potential clients, providing expert guidance and support. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. - Process orders, quotations, and inquiries accurately and efficiently. - Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or wholesale industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to work well in a team.
