Paul Wong joined Sotheby’s Wine Department in 2012 as a Wine Specialist and is currently the Head of Department of Wine and Spirits, China. Wine was initially a hobby, turned into a lifelong profession eventually for Paul. Graduated from University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and holds the Diploma in Wines and Spirits issued by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), he speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
