We are pleased to announce that as of Monday, January 28th, the doors to our BRAND NEW 7,000 ft 2 facility, located at 191 Sills Road in East Patchogue, have opened! Our spacious new state-of-the-art facility will allow us to provide our patients with the same, high-quality, individualized care that they have come to know and appreciate for the past ten years. From manual therapy, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, pain management, occupational therapy, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine, and work/industry rehab services, we at Professional Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation are committed to the health and wellness of our patients.
