Creation Day 3: God creates the Earth using His Special Mayim

10 9

Some of the oldest continental rocks on Earth can be found in western Canadian, Australia, Africa and in a few other old regions around the world. The ages of these rocks have been radioactively dated to be between 3.5. and 4 billion years. This is a picture of Earth's oldest rock.

T he oldest rocks that make up the crust on the ocean sea floor are very young by comparison , approximately only 280 million years old. Considering that the oceanic crust presently covers over 60% of the earth's surface , how can we account for this major time gap of 3.5 billion years ? Again, the answer to this puzzling question can be found by carefully examining the hidden scientific clues recorded in Genesis 1:9 about the relationship between the Earth's crust and mantle.
