Creation Day 3: God creates the "chemical" breath of life

There are only two proven methods scientists use in determining the specific age of rocks: relative dating and absolute dating. You may not have realize it , but you used the concept of relative dating when I asked you to carefully analyze t he three dog pictures and the seven photos of Albert Einstein. Using only your background knowledge and your visual perception. you were able to come up with an approximate age of three dogs taken over their 12-year-life span . You also used the concept of relative dating when you determined Albert Einstein's approximate age by analyzing seven separate photographs spanning his 76-year lifetime . That is the same exact method used by scientists when assigning a relative age to a layer of rocks . Now let's take a trip to the best place on Earth to see exactly how relativity dating of rock layers work. God's step-by-step ' timed process ' in creating plants on Earth

The Grand Canyon pictured above is considered to be one of the Seven Wonders of the Natural World. Three states border the Grand Canyon: Arizona, Utah and Nevada. The Grand Canyon is 277 miles (446 km) in length. At its widest point the Grand Canyon stretches 18 miles (29 km) across. The Grand Canyon is around 6000 (1800 meters) feet deep. The Colorado River runs through the Grand Canyon and has been eroding its steep sides and carry away millions of tons of loose sediment each year. Erosion has now exposed thousands of feet of rock layers visible along the Grand Canyon's steep walls. This gives us are chance look deep inside the Earth and see how God carefully prepared Earth's rocky surface like layers of a cake.
