Creation Day One: "Let there be light!"

Gamma rays are photons of light with the shortest wavelengths and the highest wave frequency of all electromagnetic waves. High energy g amma rays can penetrate many substances, including concrete and most metals . The only metal gamma rays cannot penetrate is lead.

Gamma rays are also used by doctors as surgical knives to target and burn cancerous tumors. Gamma ray treatment uses the energy released by protons and neutron rather than electrons or X-rays to t reat certain types of cancer and other diseases. By targeting multiple beams from hundreds of angles, gamma rays destroys a cancer cell 's DNA while leaving surrounding healthy cells undamaged. At the beginning of this chapter I made a claim that God is light. According to Genesis 1:3 , light was God's very first act of creation. He spoke these exact words “ Let there be light,” and there was light. Still, one big question remain s . • How did He do it? Can science provide us with an answer? I stated in the introduction that Jesus (Yeshua) implores all those seeking truth to A (ask) S (seek) K (knock) . In 1905, a 24-year-old truth seeker named Albert Einstein came up with the scientific answer to mankind's most puzzling question.
