Amber likes hiking with her five-year-old son, Luke, and touring haunted areas along the East Coast in her spare time. We’re happy to announce that Natasha Basil has recently been promoted from Senior Property Manager at Arrive 2801 to General Manager at Arrive Silver Spring. Natasha comes to the role with fourteen years of experience in the industry, and her hard work and dedication have led to several promotions over that time frame. In her spare time, Natasha likes road trips with her family to find different arcades in the DMV area and try new restaurants. She’s an eighties enthusiast with a secret talent for rapping to ‘90s rap music. We look forward to watching Natasha build her new team and unite this community.

We’d like to recognize Chris Watson, recently promoted from Senior Assistant Property Manager at Renew Virginia Beach to Property Manager at Renew Chesapeake. Chris has maintained a career in the housing industry for almost a decade. The foundation for Chris’ professional experience started in the Air Force Reserve. She became the subject matter expert as an Operations Manager and was promoted to Service Specialist in her rank. Coming into her civilian life and following in her mother’s footsteps, Chris quickly decided on a role in the housing community as she genuinely loves people and wants to help. Chris has worked for several platforms in housing, including but not limited to Tax Credit and HUD. Chris enjoys sports, fashion, spending time with her family during her free time, and dancing at her favorite concerts. Chris likes to call herself the “Superwoman” of housing. You never know when you’ll need her, but she will always save you.

Cesar started working with Trinity in 2022 and, within a year, was promoted because of his hard work and dedication. He has a hunger for expanding his knowledge, is a team player, and enjoys assisting his colleagues. He is reliable and always maintains a positive frame of mind.
Nicole Barrett started with us in November 2022 as the leasing consultant for Arrive Murray Hill. She caught on very quickly, leasing 15 units, with 11 of them moving in December. When Nicole Started in November, the community was trending at 88% and occupied at 92%. After her first month at the community, we were leased at 97% and trending at 95%. She has had two 100% call analysis scores. Nicole goes above and beyond, which is why she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in April 2023 when we took on two additional properties. Residents are fond of her, and we are grateful to have her here.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and hanging out with her German Shepherd Ava Grace, cat Winnie and her son Connar Quin when she’s not planning her wedding. Selena came to us without industry knowledge and excelled at her role as a leasing consultant. When the position became available for the Assistant Property Manager, her PM thought of her first. She always asks questions and is eager to continue learning. She has since attained her Real Estate License and is training to become a yoga instructor. She is fantastic with the residents, vendors, and her fellow employees! We are blessed to have her on our team!

We just promoted Samantha Shafer to the Operations Manager overseeing the new Administrative HUB in the East Pod! Samantha has been with Trinity for over six years, has managed communities in Chicago, IL, and Silver Spring, MD, and has served as an Operations Support Specialist. In her new role, she will oversee the administrative centralization of all East POD communities from the DC-based regional office with a team of Operations Support Specialists. This new day in our company’s journey will allow the East Pod communities to shift their focus away from a heavy administrative burden each day to be more focused on our residents and prospects and provide the best living experience and leasing experience possible. This newly formed department, led by Samantha, will handle the East Pod’s collections, move-outs, legal processes, payables, auditing processes, reporting, and so much more! We are very excited to pioneer this new department, and with Samantha Shafer at the helm, we know it will be wildly successful.
We were fortunate to inherit Dave Watson when we purchased Arrive South Loop in 2018, as he has been with the property since 2015. With Dave having provided top-notch service to these residents for the past eight years, we were THRILLED when he finally accepted the Facility Manager role, as we have been trying to promote him for the past few years. Dave’s mellow demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond have made him a staple within the community, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him leading our facilities team. Dave’s favorite part of his day-to-day role is being hands-on while learning something new daily.

Heather Neely began her career with Trinity Property Consultants in 2018 as an Intern and Future Leader after graduating from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Residential Property Management. In her time with Trinity, Heather has grown exponentially and initially accepted the position of Assistant Property Manager in early 2021 before being promoted to Multi-Site Assistant Manager, helping oversee both Arrive LEX and South Loop in July 2022. We are so excited Heather has accepted the position of Multi-Site Property Manager for LEX and Arrive South Loop!
We want to give a special shoutout to Ayana Shaw, recently promoted from Assistant Property Manager at Arrive Streeterville to Property Manager at The Seneca Apartments. Ayana comes to the role with four years of experience in the industry, and her hard work and dedication have led to several promotions over that time frame. In her spare time, Ayana likes bowling, listening to Jazz, and spending time with her 3-year- old, Jack Russel / Pit Bull mix Patrick. Janece Reed-Brown was brought on as Leasing Professional and joined Trinity Property Consultants for Arrive LEX in early May 2021. Her outgoing personality and ability to connect with people made her the perfect candidate to help bring occupancy up after struggling from the pandemic. Janece has been recognized company-wide and is featured in our property website slideshow. We are excited to see her professional growth as she has accepted the position of Multi-Site Leasing Manager.
