We’d like to recognize Chris Watson, recently promoted from Senior Assistant Property Manager at Renew Virginia Beach to Property Manager at Renew Chesapeake. Chris has maintained a career in the housing industry for almost a decade. The foundation for Chris’ professional experience started in the Air Force Reserve. She became the subject matter expert as an Operations Manager and was promoted to Service Specialist in her rank. Coming into her civilian life and following in her mother’s footsteps, Chris quickly decided on a role in the housing community as she genuinely loves people and wants to help. Chris has worked for several platforms in housing, including but not limited to Tax Credit and HUD. Chris enjoys sports, fashion, spending time with her family during her free time, and dancing at her favorite concerts. Chris likes to call herself the “Superwoman” of housing. You never know when you’ll need her, but she will always save you.
