Dave Watson Facilities Manager Arrive South Loop
We just promoted Samantha Shafer to the Operations Manager overseeing the new Administrative HUB in the East Pod! Samantha has been with Trinity for over six years, has managed communities in Chicago, IL, and Silver Spring, MD, and has served as an Operations Support Specialist. In her new role, she will oversee the administrative centralization of all East POD communities from the DC-based regional office with a team of Operations Support Specialists. This new day in our company’s journey will allow the East Pod communities to shift their focus away from a heavy administrative burden each day to be more focused on our residents and prospects and provide the best living experience and leasing experience possible. This newly formed department, led by Samantha, will handle the East Pod’s collections, move-outs, legal processes, payables, auditing processes, reporting, and so much more! We are very excited to pioneer this new department, and with Samantha Shafer at the helm, we know it will be wildly successful.
We were fortunate to inherit Dave Watson when we purchased Arrive South Loop in 2018, as he has been with the property since 2015. With Dave having provided top-notch service to these residents for the past eight years, we were THRILLED when he finally accepted the Facility Manager role, as we have been trying to promote him for the past few years. Dave’s mellow demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond have made him a staple within the community, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him leading our facilities team. Dave’s favorite part of his day-to-day role is being hands-on while learning something new daily.

Heather Neely began her career with Trinity Property Consultants in 2018 as an Intern and Future Leader after graduating from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Residential Property Management. In her time with Trinity, Heather has grown exponentially and initially accepted the position of Assistant Property Manager in early 2021 before being promoted to Multi-Site Assistant Manager, helping oversee both Arrive LEX and South Loop in July 2022. We are so excited Heather has accepted the position of Multi-Site Property Manager for LEX and Arrive South Loop!
We want to give a special shoutout to Ayana Shaw, recently promoted from Assistant Property Manager at Arrive Streeterville to Property Manager at The Seneca Apartments. Ayana comes to the role with four years of experience in the industry, and her hard work and dedication have led to several promotions over that time frame. In her spare time, Ayana likes bowling, listening to Jazz, and spending time with her 3-year- old, Jack Russel / Pit Bull mix Patrick. We look forward to watching Ayana continue to thrive in this role as she works to bring this newest asset up to Trinity’s standards!
