Walking is the best and far most the easiest exercise that exists. It has many benefits than one can imagine. Walking increases the blood flow in your body. It helps awaken the muscles and energizes you. When you walk, it helps the muscles in your legs all the way up to your spine to maintain a significant posture. This way your body doesn’t lean down and your shoulders stand straight. It helps maintain posture, increases blood flow, awakens muscles, gives you energy, pretty much everything that is responsible to keep healthy body is covered in just one simple exercise – walking.

BREATHE AND JOG
During this pandemic, we all learned the importance of healthy lungs. The virus makes the lungs weak and so we need to keep our lungs healthy. Lungs can be weakened because of nicotine intake, smoking, drinking, and sometimes it is in the genes. To maintain healthy lungs, just breathe. There is absolutely no rocket science in fact you do this all day. All you have to do is take a long breath in, hold it in for 15 seconds and then release it slowly. This way your lungs engage in active functioning and its ability to remain in that state increases. Jogging is also an easy yet simple exercise. Running and jogging are not similar but they are not too different either. Jogging is basically jumping a tad bit while you run whereas running is like when you used to run like a kid.
