Two (2) Tier 2 regional activity centers (projected to reach a net employment density of 20-50 jobs per acre and a residential density of 6-10 people per acre by 2040) have been identified in the project study area: South Shore/SR 674 Corridor and Port Redwing/Apollo Beach/Big Bend Road Corridor (Figure 10).
