The Callanwolde Amphitheater provides an intimate atmosphere to spend time with friends, unwind, and experience an evening of live music surrounded by the natural beauty of the Callanwolde Estate. We have built a reputation for high-quality performers and exceptional sound production. In 2023, our two concert series saw great success due to talented musicians and performers, as well as continued and growing support from the community.
DRUID HILLS GALA
What has now become an annual tradition, Callanwolde partnered with the Druid Hills Civic Association to host an elegant gala. The gala attracted approximately 200 neighbors and sponsors to kick off the Druid Hills Tour of Homes.
SPRING CONCERT SERIES
JAZZ ON THE LAWN
Callanwolde held its Spring Concert Series for a third consecutive year. The concerts took place on Friday evenings in March and April 2023 in Callanwolde's outdoor Amphitheater. The series featured an array of musicians including Certainly So, Dwayne Shivers, Ruby Velle and the Soulphonics, and Luke Winslow-King. Celebrating its 24th year, the popular Jazz on the Lawn concert series took place in Callanwolde's outdoor Amphitheater on five Friday evenings, August through October 2023. The concerts featured some of Atlanta's best known jazz performers including Lori Williams, Karla Harris, Bob Baldwin, Joe Gransden's Big Band and from New York, Pete Ayers.
