Teamwork Callanwolde values the power of teamwork with our students and those in under-resourced communities to provide unique arts programming experiences. We strive to strengthen communication, sharing, and supporting each other. Inclusivity & Belonging Callanwolde encourages originality, flexibility, equity, diversity, inclusion, and seeing the world with new vision. Safe Environment Callanwolde is a safe, supportive environment for learning and growth. We encourage respect, empathy, honoring differences, and actively listening to others.
