Designer Sina Pearson’s latest collection resulted from experiments with color, texture, and pattern: Introducing the Unexpected. These three textiles feature complex woven structures, a mix of yarn textures and sizes, and color combinations that come together in new and creative ways. For Sina, textile design has always been rooted in balancing inspiration with a deliberate, yet organic process — creating a collection that’s surprising and playful, yet completely relevant for today’s workplace and hospitality environments.

CODA | Momentum Upholstery Conjuring the best of 1970s design, we envision Coda covering low-slung couches, surrounded by terrazzo, sleek metals, smoked glass, and high concrete ceilings. A weighty, elegant cloak of fabric, its dense macramé-like weave has a touch of linen to beautifully complement polished surfaces. In silvery Nickel, the fibers seem to float above the surface, while in deeper hues like Peony or Rainforest, Coda’s weave resembles tweed or dotted knit.

FLETCHER | Momentum Upholstery Fletcher is quite dashing. Its two-color boucle yarn creates vertical and horizontal streaks that are scattered randomly, implying a hint of a plaid that never quite materializes. Fletcher’s softness belies its astounding durability, so we expanded the palette to invite use in virtually any setting.
