Spiritual Maturity For the purpose of this study, the variable of spiritual maturity is defined as a
complex process guided by the Holy Spirit that develops throughout the lifespan. The
roots of spirituality are found in relational attachments as social cohesion is established.
Spiritual maturity develops as this relational ability is brought to life in early childhood.
Parents nurture the affective social bond with their child. This affective wholeness lays
