You are invited to participate in a dissertation study as part of the completion of my (Ph.D.) with the Department of Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology, Pasadena, California. The study is conducted to examine factors associated with spiritual maturity. This information will be gathered through your completion of the attached questionnaires. The questionnaires require a total of 30 minutes for completion. I would strongly encourage you to think through the questions carefully before you answer them. The accuracy ofyour responses can bear significant research outcome. Please complete the questionnaires independently without consultation or discussion with others. Confidentiality of the information obtained for the purpose of this study will be strictly maintained. I have designed the research project to be governed by the ethical code and research guidelines of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Association ofMarriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
