INTRODUCTION
Wellcome Genome Campus Ltd (WGCL is a newly formed company) is seeking to recruit an Estates Director to play a leading role in the development and operation of its renowned scientific research campus. The Estates Director will join at a transformative time with a remit to lead all aspects of the estate management of the buildings, grounds and services within WGCL, and for the development of the Estate Management plan for the new development. Key aspects of the role include estate management and placemaking; capital and lifecycle investment; and crucial input into the development of the new campus, creating a world-class, customer-focused campus environment. The role provides direct access to WGCL’s C-suite, and an unprecedented opportunity to shape the existing campus and the future phases.
