Koenig & Bauer sheetfed offset presses and post press equipment are integrated into RRD’s unified digital plat- form, advancing high-performance manufacturing across packaging, labels and commercial operations. Located in select RRD facilities across the globe, high-speed Koenig & Bauer Rapida presses and automated post-press die cutters link to RRD’s standardized data foundation. This connected architecture enables real-time operational de- cisions, dynamic job routing and automated quality con- trols across facilities. By connecting Koenig & Bauer machinery with digital tooling, in-line sheet scanning and automated plate chang- ing, RRD reduces setup times, minimizes paper spoilage and supports client sustainability mandates through mea- surable material waste reduction.
