Columbine Label Rachel Jackson has been named President of Columbine Label Co. Jackson, who most recently served as Vice President of Operations, will lead the company’s contin- ued development and growth as part of a planned succes- sion process designed to transition leadership to the next generation of the Jackson family. Greg Jackson, who serves as CEO, will continue in a strategic and advisory role, continuing to support the com- pany while allowing Rachel to assume greater responsibil- ity for its future. Rachel’s brother, Ryan Jackson, serves as Vice Presi- dent of Sales and New Business Development, providing leadership in customer relationships, sales, and the devel- opment of new business opportunities. Label Experience Rachel brings more than six years of experience with Columbine Label, along with a back- ground in Construction Science from Kansas State University and two years of professional experience in the con- struction industry before returning to the family business. During her tenure, she has played an instrumental role in developing and refining company pro- cesses, including a significant organizational restructuring approximately four years ago. Her contributions have included reorganizing custom- er-facing functions such as estimating and customer sup- port, refining hiring processes, and developing marketing processes that help generate leads and support new busi- ness development. These efforts have helped strengthen the company’s operational foundation and its ability to serve customers.
