The data request is not cumbersome or time consuming. The goal is to have a streamlined approach to requested data for both the initial benchmarking and the ongoing biweekly reporting. The baseline information is key to understanding the client’s current status as it compares to peers. It is critical that accurate data is submitted from the onset of the project. Data Request Includes: Client requested data definitions such as:

Global financial and personnel information such as: ● Total worked/productive and paid hours and dollars
● Total patient days and discharges ● Operating Revenue and Expense Departmental
● Payroll and volume statistics by department ● Worked/productive and paid hours and dollars Job Code Detail ● Worked/productive and paid hours and dollars Organization Chart(s) Responsibility List ● Cost center/Department assignments by leader ● Email addresses Budgeted FTEs by department
