S U R V E Y
All department managers are asked to complete an online survey for each department in their scope of management. The survey should be answered to the best of the manager’s knowledge and does not require the assistance of HR, Finance, or IT. The questions are designed to provide Altius with an understanding of each leader’s knowledge of productivity and description of operations.
Survey question examples: Please give a brief summary of your department including responsibilities and functionality
Please list any vacant positions
Please describe any job functions within the department that you consider unique
Describe any barriers that may impede day-to-day operations
Please list any outsourced functions or agency/traveler use
