The participants take responsibility for complying with all safety instructions and markings on the plant (Ability, intermediate level) The participants can account for consequences of exposing components to impact loads or spilling acid or corrosive substances (Knowledge, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:
Design and conduct learning activities where the learning objectives are practiced
Provide feedback on the participants’ professional and human performance
The participant shall:
Engage in the practical training moments and receive feedback constructively
EMERGENCY DESCENT
Learning objective:
The participants can perfom emergency descend of the lift (Skills, intermediate level)
can explain conditions when not to use emergency descent and describe alternative actions to be taken (Knowledge, intermediate level and basic level) The participants will on their own initiative seek guidance on when not to do the emergency descent (Ability, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:
Explain conditions when not to use emergency descent and present alternative actions to be taken
Design and conduct learning activities where emergency descent procedure is practiced (see element 6.3)
Provide feedback on the participants’ professional and human perfor mance
The participant shall:
Engage in the practical training moments and receive feedback constructively
Lesson 6 - EVACUATION OF LIFT

The aim of this lesson is to prepare the participant to evacuate a lift safely and responsibly.
