V allymore Ltd was contracted to deliver all aspects of joinery work in room2 hometel Belfast from the installation of structural elements to the end product. Its work across the nine-floor new build included doors, architraves and bespoke finishes throughout, including its statement bar. With Vallymore’s previous work largely focused on residential and commercial projects, the prestigious hometel build was an exciting opportunity for the Annalong- based firm. Conrad Rogers, founder of Vallymore, said, “The project gave us the opportunity to demonstrate our ability to deliver on large-scale projects, working in partnership with other subcontractors to ensure all requirements were met to the highest standard, delivering a first-rate end product.”
Vallymore was created by Conrad in 2003, with a mission of providing high quality workmanship to the construction industry. With a large crew of skilled joiners and craftspeople on its books, including many long-term partners, it has established a strong portfolio of projects across industrial, residential, educational, commercial and health sectors. As well as Ganson, Vallymore Ltd has previously partnered with contractors such as Kelly Brothers, William Rogers Construction, Bayview, Moss and OHMG.. Among specific projects are St Louis Grammar School in Kilkeel, Musgrave Park Hospital in Belfast, Navan Council and Lisburn Golf Club, as well as numerous new housing developments. Partnering with Ganson was a positive experience for the firm. Conrad said, “We felt this was due to Ganson placing
value on our experience and expertise and recognising our ability to deliver the highest quality of workmanship within project deadlines.”
