ORMEAU BATHS - BELFAST In collaboration with Anthology Design, OBIN carried out extensive remedial works to the interior of the Grade B1 listed building in a phased installation coordinated with overlapping site activities including first and second fix M&E.
ORMISTON HOUSE - BELFAST Working in tandem with the architect, OBIN supported the development and delivery of design for this Grade A restoration project named RTE Home of the Year 2019, including the incorporation of reclaimed materials and sourcing of specialist wall finishes.
MARKET BARBERS - DUBLIN OBIN project managed this retail & café fit out from design to installation, coordinating the installation of lighting, electrical and flooring, sourcing specialist wall finishes and creating an appropriate acoustic balance between the barber stations and café.
SGS – MARYLEBONE, LONDON In partnership with Marks Design and contractor McAleer & Rushe, OBIN converted a dark, crowded office into a multi-functional workspace over two levels, solving M&E issues and the structural challenge of creating meeting rooms from derelict underground tunnels.
