Career Center Whether you are a job seeker or job poster, the DallasHR Career Center is your one-stop-shop for jobs. With more than 16,000 visitors and over 23,000 page views in 2020, the Career Center saw a 14% increase in job seekers who took advantage of the streamlined application process including free resume posting and automatic notification of “matched” new jobs. Area employers who post jobs in the Career Center enjoy easy online management of postings, access to a searchable resume database, and competitive pricing. In 2020, 51 different employers were able to see more than 740 searchable resumes in the Career Center. Interestingly this is 32 fewer employers and nearly 320 fewer resumes posted throughout the year.
Job-Link For those who found themselves in transition during the year, our Job-Link meetings feature a variety of educational topics to help with job pursuits and offer a great opportunity to network with others, share leads, and support one another during the search. In 2020, 420 HR professionals in transition participated in monthly Job-Link meetings. Not surprisingly, attendance grew by 78 professionals in 2020.
