Founded in 2011, Kurt Wyman Surveyors specialises in all aspects of commercial property, from its base on the Steadings Business Park in Maisemore. It is a multi-disciplined practice, specialising not only in the sale and letting of commercial property, but in acquisition advice, valuation and property management too. It recently acted on behalf of Cheltenham-based beauty brand SLG for the acquisition of their stunning 30,000 square foot offices in the Brewery. It has also just been instructed by a national healthcare provider to undertake a substantial nationwide acquisition programme for new health centres.
