UK Digital Retail Innovation Centre

The UK Digital Retail Innovation Centre (UK:DRIC) is the national centre for testing and developing disruptive digital innovations, helping shape and inform the future of cities with a special focus on retail. Launched in May by Margot James MP, the then Minister for Digital Creative Industries and GFirst LEP’s Diane Savory OBE, the UK:DRIC has been working with start-ups such as Streetpin (a digital community pinboard), and Goodbag (an app and shopping bag that plants trees).
