PUBLIC NOTICE DEPOSIT OF THE PROPERTY ASSESSMENT ROLL

AVIS PUBLIC DÉPÔT DU RÔLE D’ÉVALUATION FONCIÈRE

Pursuant to sections 73, 74, and 75 of the Act Respecting Municipal Taxation (CQLR, c. F-2.1), notice is hereby given by the undersigned that the property assessment roll for the Municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge was deposited in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, located at 88 Rue des Érables, Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, on September 10, 2025. This assessment roll is established for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028, and will come into effect on January 1, 2026. Anyone interested may consult the property assessment roll at the municipal office during regular business hours or on the Municipality’s website at www.gslr.ca. Recourse – Request for Review of the Property Assessment Roll In accordance with sections 124 to 138.4 of the Act respecting municipal taxation, any taxpayer may request an administrative review of the assessment roll from the Argenteuil RCM. Deadlines for filing a request for review: • May 1 following the roll’s effective date (i.e., May 1, 2026 for this roll); • 60 days following the mailing of the assessment notice (or 120 days if the property is assessed at $1,000,000 or more). The request must be filed with the Argenteuil RCM’s Assessment Department, along with the prescribed form and the required amount based on the property’s value.
