NOTE FROM THE EDITORS We are pleased to provide you with the latest edition of our annual analysis of trends and developments in EEOC litigation, The EEOC Litigation Review – 2024 . This useful reference aims to explain the most important EEOC policies and decisions in 2023 and provide an expert analysis of what we predict for 2024.
