Internet Use and Barriers to Technology Use
The majority (83.9%) of survey respondents multiple times per week, if not daily (76.5%); whereas 12.5% use the internet less than monthly to not at all. When examining this patten by age category, frequent use decreases with age, which is not unexpected. Whereas respondents in their 50s (97.7%) and 60s (90.5%) use the internet regularly, these percentages trail off as follows: 84.3% (70s), 71.2% (80s), and 52.2% (90+).
