Residents have access to an Ombudsperson to help them resolve concerns/complaints – at least 100 visits total among three different types of facilities monthly. Number of resident complaints resolved – 1,200/yr. Number of activities engaged in with facility residents – 2,400/yr. Older adults have the information they need to make educated decisions regarding their Medicare choices – 85% of survey respondents will indicate they are satisfied/very satisfied with the help they received. Number of individuals receiving individualized Medicare counseling – 2,500/yr.
