Can you share a moment when you felt truly appreciated for your contributions over the years? “Years ago, there was an area we needed to clean out, but I felt the way we were cleaning the area was unsafe. I turned my idea for improvement in, and within a matter of days, Blue Diamond modified it. There were many times that happened.
Safety has always been a priority and changes [are] always quickly made to maintain this priority.
“Years ago, we had a quality issue where we had to evaluate each triwall to identify the depth of the issue. This was a job no one wanted to do, but I knew that if I had to do it, I was going to do it right. We completed this task and it made me feel really accomplished. All my jobs have just been a really good experience. Great people.
