Main Purpose of job:
Responsible for managing all aspects of planning and execution of the move to new headquarters. Director of Finance and Operations Fixed term contract for 2 years from start date

Key responsibilities: • To establish robust project coordination / management procedures and processes within the overall project to ensure that all individual aspects are planned, co-ordinated and monitored appropriately. • To work with other departments, particularly IT, Facilities and HR, to plan and co-ordinate the move. • To manage the flow of information about the project in order to enable timely and well- informed decision-making by the Steering Group, HQ Committee and Board of Trustees. • To be responsible for providing regular progress reports to the relevant internal and external stakeholders, including the Steering Group, HQ Committee and funders. • To be the first point of contact for external consultants such as the capital works Project Managers (Cragg Management) and Architects (T-Sa). • To manage the project budget under delegated authority as agreed by the Board of Trustees. • To ensure that appropriate change management procedures are in place to identify, record and obtain approval for essential changes to the approved purposes should these be necessary. • To ensure appropriate Risk Management procedures are in place and operated, including
