“Innoveyance will also showcase its latest technologies at TAPPI CorrExpo in Fort Worth, Texas, this September. A key focus will be the company’s expanding suite of diag- nostic packages. “We continue to see strong interest in our diagnostic solutions. Several systems are already installed and oper- ating in customer plants. These packages allow us to col- lect and analyze real-time operational data, helping cus- tomers better utilize their assets and improve throughput. Diagnostics will be a major area of emphasis for us and a significant differentiator in the marketplace in 2026. “Another important advancement is the upgrade to In- noveyance’s Bottom Pad Inserter system. “We’ve enhanced this product to offer either vacuum or positive-sheet transfer, both of which have proven very popular. As the load moves down the main line, the sys- tem measures its width and length. Pads are stored in a magazine, and a vacuum or mechanical head retrieves the pad and positions it precisely. The pad is automatically dis- pensed beneath the load while the load continues moving on the conveyor, providing full-coverage corner and edge protection for the finished unit. This allows customers to achieve superior load protection without sacrificing speed. “Innoveyance continues to advance its Computer In- ventory Management System (CIMS) as part of its broader full-plant automation strategy. “Our CIMS platform is becoming increasingly powerful as we integrate more diagnostics and data analytics. With our Ethernet-based control architecture, we can collect more information and deliver greater functionality than many competing systems. This positions us strongly in the area of fully-automated plant solutions. “Support and service remain central to Innoveyance’s long-term customer strategy. “We are making continued investments in our parts and service organization. We have increased the number of field technicians and will continue expanding our parts management and service teams. Our goal is to provide exceptional long-term support, not only for Innoveyance systems but also for competitive systems operating in our customers’ facilities. “In response to ongoing supply chain challenges, In- noveyance has also brought production of its lighter-duty bundle conveyor in-house at its Mitchell facility. “We made the decision to manufacture our own bundle conveyor due to limited supply chain reliability and long lead times from outside suppliers. This capability allows us to maintain higher quality standards, improve delivery times, and better meet customer expectations. “Last but not least, I would like to give kudos to several team members who are driving innovation and customer support initiatives: “Cagney Clark works closely with our CIMS platform and with customers on full-plant simulations.
