TRUNK FLEXION & EXTENSION

Lay on your back, bringing your knees to your chest. Grab your toes and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat as needed.

Sit yourself tall on the edge of a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Place your hands on your thighs. Inhale while leaning you trunk towards your thighs, lifting your chest. Then exhale while arching your back into a chair, rounding your shoulders as shown. Repeat 6-10 times.
