The commitments increase the investment of existing insti- tutional investors in EDENS and provide capital for acqui- sitions and (re)development. “We are incredibly grate- ful for the continued con- fidence our investors have placed in EDENS and our team,” said Jodie McLean , CEO, EDENS.” EDENS will deploy the capital through new acquisi- tions and investments across its existing national portfo- lio, focusing on high-quality retail real estate where its integrated investment, oper- ating, merchandising and (re) development capabilities can create long-term value. The company is actively pursu- ing investment opportunities across its existing markets and select growth markets.
