Matt Hampson Foundation When Matt Hampson was paralysed from the neck down in an accident with the England Under-21 rugby squad in 2005, rather than lament what he had lost, he decided to ‘get busy living’ and to help others after serious injury. From its Get Busy Living Centre his Foundation provides physical and emotional support to young people after life-changing injury. WHAT WE DO • Specialist physiotherapy • Wellbeing services • Counselling • Personal training • Rehabilitation lodges • Supportive community
