Cherish Finden is an award-winning pastry chef known for her artistic, boundary-pushing patisserie and her role as a judge on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals. With over 25 years’ international experience, she has held senior roles at The Langham and Pan Pacific London, worked with GODIVA, and earned major industry awards. Her work blends precision, creativity, and her Singaporean heritage. Harry Elliott is Head Chef at Oddfellows, where he leads the kitchen with a focus on seasonal ingredients, bold flavours, and beautifully executed dishes. With a passion for modern British cooking and creative Lumberjaxe is a family-owned seasoning and sauce brand founded by brothers Brendon and Jaydon, inspired by childhood barbecues in Birmingham. Known for bold, all- natural flavours with no added colours or preservatives, the brand focuses on bringing people together through food. Lumberjaxe gained national attention on Dragons’Den in 2025, securing investment from Emma Grede, and is now stocked by Selfridges and Ocado nationwide. presentation, Harry’s menus balance comfort with creativity, reflecting both classic techniques and contemporary influences. At Oddfellows, he is dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences that champion quality produce and thoughtful, flavour-led cooking.

Paul Askew is Chef Patron of The Art School in Liverpool, Michelin Recommended with two AA Rosettes. A leading hospitality figure, he is President of Disciples of Escoffier UK and Chair for the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in the North. Dedicated to mentoring young chefs, he has cooked for major global events and co-owns Barnacle Restaurant and Bar, celebrating Liverpool’s maritime culinary heritage.

Paul Askew

Aiden Byrne is an acclaimed British chef whose career began at 16 and saw him become the youngest chef ever to earn a Michelin star at just 22. He has worked in some of the UK’s most respected kitchens, including Pied à Terre, The Dorchester, and Michelin-starred restaurants in London and Ireland. A key figure in the North’s dining scene, Aiden helped establish Manchester House and later launched 20 Stories. In 2024, he opened LI~LY in Knutsford, now listed in the MICHELIN Guide. Alongside his restaurant work, he is a familiar television presence and a committed mentor, supporting the next generation of chefs.
