Here at Oddfellows Chester, we’re unapologetically obsessed with great food and drink — with a little mischief served on the side. From our deluxe-diner–esque Parlour menu to what many call one of the best Sunday roasts in the city, we’ve got local food lovers well and truly covered. And then there’s our decadent, playful Afternoon Tea — reimagined with the seasons, packed with indulgent delights and just a few unexpected surprises along the way.
PARLOUR MENU Served Wednesday to Saturday 12noon til 8pm. Our Parlour Menu brings classic diner dishes, pimped the Oddfellows way. Think seriously juicy burgers (including a vegan version), indulgent mac ’n’ cheese taken up a notch — with the option to upgrade to lobster if you’re feeling fancy (pre- order required) — and perfectly cooked steaks with all the trimmings. Expect nostalgic favourites reimagined, from a properly retro banana split to finish, to the prawn cocktail you thought you remembered… only better. Comfort food, but make it decadent. COCKTAILS & PUDD-TAILS The Bar serves a carefully curated cocktail list, perfect for pre-dinner aperitifs and post-dinner sipping. All the timeless classics are here, alongside our very own Parlour specials — each one designed to go down an absolute treat. And if you fancy something sweet to finish, our Pudd-tails are the ultimate finale when there’s no room for a full dessert. Dessert in a glass, if you will.

ONE OF THE BEST SUNDAY ROASTS IN THE CITY? Served Sundays 12noon til 5pm Sunday is our best day of the week, and we celebrate it the right way — with a proper roast. Our chefs start prep bright and early, ensuring the beef is roasted to absolute perfection. We’re proud to work with award-winning local butcher David Joinson , who supplies exceptional beef — melt-in-the-mouth, every time. The Yorkshires are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. And the red wine gravy? There really are no words. Chicken and vegan roasts are also available.

A Very Mad Saturday Afternoon Tea
On Easter Saturday and then the last Saturday of the month, prepare to be hosted by Alice and the Mad Hatter themselves. They appear in Alice’s Parlour at 12noon, entertaining Afternoon Tea guests with games, mischief, and true Wonderland charm.
Available 12noon til 5pm Wednesday to Sunday. Here at Oddfellows Chester, we believe the finer things in life deserve to be celebrated. Afternoon Tea is a truly decadent affair. Our chefs take time and care to create a stunning tiered stand, packed with irresistible treats and playful surprises. Begin with a “Drink Me” surprise — a little naughty, but very, very nice.
The Hatter
Choose your tea, then prepare for a tea stand to behold. Expect savoury bites, delicious dips, and a teacup of fries.
Make it even more of an occasion by upgrading to our Bottomless Drinks Package — enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco, cocktails & mocktails for an extra £30 per person. From 4pm, DJ John S Locke takes to the decks, turning Afternoon Tea into a full-blown Saturday Tea Party with your besties.
