The Dallas Builders Association is making its mark on the national stage. NAHB recently honored the DBA with Grand Awards in two categories — largest numerical increase and highest percentage increase in membership — recognition that speaks to the strength and momentum of the association and the people who power it. The Grand Awards are among NAHB's most competitive annual honors, celebrating associations across the country that achieve exceptional results in membership growth and retention. “Earning recognition in not one but two categories is a testament to the collective effort of the Dallas BA's Membership Committee, our Membership Coordinator Alyssa Morales, and the countless members who champion the association throughout the year,” said Gena Godinez, Dallas BA executive officer. “None of this happens without people... the members who make the calls, extend the invitations, and personally invite colleagues to join,” added Alyssa Morales, DBA membership coordinator. “Recruitment is a year-round effort, and this award reflects just how seriously the Dallas BA community takes it.” A strong association means stronger advocacy, better education, more resources, and a louder voice for the industry.
