Complete registration and bidding process can be found on page 3. The nominal Sale Closing Time is Saturday, November 22 at 12 noon Mountain Time. If a bid is received within 5 minutes of closing time, then bidding will be extended by 5 minutes. All lots close at the same time, so any new bid within 5 minutes of closing time will extend the Bidding on ALL lots. Bidding will officially close on all lots when there are no new bids placed within a 5-minute period. Site-Unseen Purchase and Order Bidding If you can’t access a computer or prefer not to bid online, we can help you select the bulls or cows to fit your needs. Give us a call or email, and we can handle bidding for you according to your directions. To provide adequate time to assist you, please contact us before sale day if you can.
