1. Send BGB photos of the item(s) to be repaired for a quick assessment
2. Complete a BGB ‘Repair Form’ including a provisional PO number
3. BGB will assess the unit(s) and provide you with a quote
BGB will repair the units within an average of 30 days on receipt of the PO
BGB will advise when items are ready to be collected / sent
Ship units to BGB ( *EU ship as ‘Temporary Export’ )
