ART | HAWKINS EOU Regional High School Art Exhibition & Tour Jr & Sr. Art
are working on making items for our FFA Alumni Auction April 11th. We have also been caring for pigs in our school barn, planting seeds, and tending to our hanging baskets. BUSINESS & TECH | NALL The Oregon Public Universities had representatives come visit. Students were given the opportunity to meet individually with colleges of interest. Business 101 students enjoyed a sunny scavenger hunt downtown where one of the tasks was to find a product and then create a 60 second sales pitch video. 8th Graders are busy watching the 3D printer create their designs layer by layer until their final product is formed. LIBRARY | HELLINGER Congratulations to the 4th grade class for having no overdue books and being our star class during the month of March! Events to look forward to before we finish the year: public library field trips for 4th and 5th grades, one more Night Library, and a free book for every student!
Fieldtrip to EOU to view the Exhibition in which students Participated. The EOU show features work from all of Eastern Oregon with over 300 works of Art. Students also toured the Art Department with Art faculty and experiences site specific works of art on campus while learning about art programs at EOU. Wallowa County Youth Arts Exhibit at The Josephy Center! Exhibit runs from April 12th – April 21st. The Opening Reception 4/12 12-4pm This is a big event for Art students. Most grade school students and all Jr. High and HS Art students will be exhibiting work. AGRICULTURE | MANSFIELD Our agricultural science students went above and beyond at the Oregon FFA State Convention. Many of our members earned top honors and our chapter was awarded a Superior Chapter Award and Gold National Chapter Award. We
