I have been involved directly and indirectly in successfully estimating, negotiating, and overseeing the construction of approximately 1.5 billion dollars of mechanical work in NY, Florida, and California. The mechanical applications experience ranges from commercial, residential hi-rise buildings, Federal Courthouse, Major Paper Mill, utility power plants and high-pressure steam installation and repair. 2009 to 2010 Government Certify 8A minority rm chiller replacement at LAX airport control tower, California. 2006 to 2008 Worked for WDF, Inc. as Consultant for Business Development in the private sector in NYC. 28 years of costruction experience. Over 30 High-Rise residential projects with over 6,000 individual dweling units. Extensive experience with Chilled Water Systems, Heat Pump Systems, VRF, CO-Generation, Condensing and Packaged Boiler Systems. Mr. Egan returned full time to the Centrifugal Group as a Partner and Chief Operating Ocer in the spring of 2018. This followed a period from 2014 through 2018 where he worked as a consultant to CAG, assisting in setting up operations and construction programs. He had started with Centrifugal Associates Group right after graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1994. During the rst eight years of his career Mr. Egan progressed from assistant project manager, junior estimator and nally to managing some of the largest HVAC projects in New York City at the time. He spent the second part of his career at HRH Construction where he was the Director of MEPS Services. There he oversaw projects from development to nal CO, working with the city’s leading architects and consulting engineers to bring a project from initial concept to nished product. During the process, Mr. Egan worked with various public and private entities including NYC DOB, DEP, Con Edison, Verizon and Time Warner / Spectrum. Post HRH, Mr. Egan worked as an owner’s representative, overseeing the interests of developers such as Kushner Companies and Magnum Properties. Mr. Egan returns as COO/Partner to implement the dierent strategies he has learned from the various positions and roles he has had over his diverse career and lead CAG into the future.
