F or many couples and individuals, the journey to parenthood can feel emo- tional and overwhelming. The mission at Fertility Answers is centered on helping build families through compassionate, personalized care and support. This approach is grounded in comprehensive treatment for infertility and reproductive dis- orders, while honoring each patient’s unique needs with compassion and respect. That patient-centered philosophy begins with listening. The team believes one of the most important things patients can feel is heard, especially during a journey that can often feel emotional and overwhelming. Joining the team this September is Dr. Carrie Malcom, who is bringing additional expertise in fertility preservation, minimally invasive surgery, fibroid treatment, and endometriosis care. After attending college in Louisiana, she is excited to return and serve the Baton Rouge community. “There are very few infertility doctors in Louisiana,” she says. “I’m excited to help bring more resources and care to this area.” Leading the Baton Rouge office is Dr. Neil Chappell, a Louisiana native passionate about helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their journey. “I want patients to feel heard,” Dr. Chappell says. “If we can truly listen to their concerns and explain their options, they can make the best decisions for themselves.” In addition to its Baton Rouge location, Fertility Answers also offers a full-service office and IVF lab in Lafayette, expanding access to fertility care for families throughout South Louisiana. Beyond clinical care, Fertility Answers sup- ports the community through partnerships with Maddie’s Footprints and its annual Gift of Hope IVF grant program, helping make fertili- ty care more accessible for Louisiana families.
