The Fort Payne, Alabama Police Department reported the following activity for the dates listed below. Monday May 31, 2021 Incidents Theft of Property – Occurred at 1900 Watkins Ave NE, two jackets, a Samsung remote and a Samsung SD card were taken, valued at 375. One Arrest • Austin Zane Smartt, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property. 1 Accident with 0 Injuries Tuesday June 1, 2021 Incidents Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 510 Taylor Drive NW, a bumper on a 2009 Audi S5 was damaged, valued at $400. Damaged Property – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE Apt M 163, a fender on a 2013 Ford Focus was damaged, valued at $1,000. Damaged Property – Occurred at 3500 Greenhill Blvd NW, a quarter panel on a 1995 Ford F150 was damaged, valued at $1,000. Theft of Property – Occurred at 1821 Alabama Ave NW, a package containing an outdoor canopy was taken, valued at $50. Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $21.79 Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1200 Greenhill Blvd NW, a quarter panel on a 2017 Ford Interceptor was damaged, valued at $200. Three Arrests • Sergio Andres, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • John Paul Malott III, age 39 of Henagar, was arrested for Theft of Property and a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Carla Jan Noojin, age 60 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI. 5 Accidents with 0 Injuries Wednesday June 2, 2021 Incidents Change Bill Circulating – Occurred at 1202 Adamsburg Road E, a $100.00 bill was counterfeit Six Arrests • A 17-year-old juvenile male of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Underage Consumption of Alcohol. • A 15-year-old juvenile female of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. • Devin Scott Speakman, age 24 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear.
• Steven Dewight Bell, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest and Attempted Arson. • Zachery Alexander Nichols, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication. • Humberto Joel Perez Quijirix, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 2 Accidents with 0 Injuries Thursday June 3, 2021 Incidents Forgery – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a check in the amount of $326.54 was forged. One Arrest • Todd Michael Guffey, age 53 of Valley Head, was arrested for Theft of Property. 2 Accidents with 2 Injuries An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Mountain Road SE, a 16-year-old juvenile female driving a 2012 Hyundai Sonata struck Emily C. Greenwood, driving a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban. The juvenile was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service. Greenwood was transported to DeKalb Regional by private vehicle. Friday June 4, 2021 Incidents Damaged Property – Occurred at 601 1st Street E, a grill on a 2018 Ford Mustang was damaged, valued at $200. Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 900Adamsburg Road SE, right front side of a 2018 Ford F 250 was damaged, valued at $10,000. Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 607 Forest Ave NW, a Washburn D-10 Acoustic guitar and backpack with contents were damaged, valued at $80. Nine Arrests • Heather Ellen Willett, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication. • Tony Ray Stone, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Rhonda Renee Lacy, age 58 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Mason Labron Hulsey, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. • Milton Labron Hulsey, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Michael Allen Hickey, age 64 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia • Mary LaJan Otinger, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Sheila O’Neal Crow, age 47 of Hortense, Ga, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Eight Warrants, • Denise Marie Eason, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, 3 Accidents with 0 Injuries Saturday June 5, 2021 Incidents Damaged Property – Occurred at 2000 Grand Ave NW, gutters were damaged, valued at $500. Two Arrests • Robert Ray Holmes, age 64 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI • Jeffery Delane Watts, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Marijuana 2 Accidents With 1 Injury An accident occurred at Alabama Ave NW and 38th Street NW, Eulalia Ramirez Marcos, age 20 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla, left the roadway striking a ditch and overturning. Marcos was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service. Sunday June 6, 2021 Incidents Damaged Property – Occurred at 2801 Alabama Ave NW, a mailbox was damaged, valued at $100. One Arrest • Beckie Lynn Slaughter, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI 2 Accidents with 0 Injuries Monday June 7, 2021 Incidents Damaged Property – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE, a windshield on a 2012 Hyundai Elantra was damaged, valued at $400. Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 102 3rd Street SE, a metal lock was damaged, valued at $20. Theft of Property – Occurred at 104 13th Street SE, a Motorola G Stylus phone was taken, valued at $400. Six Arrests • Zelos Shondale McElrath, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Jonathan Coltin Allen, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear. • Jason Wade Moreland, age 38 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear. • Jeremy Lee Keef, age 39 of Sylvania, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear. • Joshua Nathan Loudermilk, age 31 of Section, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency • Jessica Nicole Thomas, age 28 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. 2 Accident with 0 Injuries
