• Joshua Daniel Barnett, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Three Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. • Matthew Edward Sargent, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Joshua CalvinWertz, age 38 of Gadsden, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving while License Suspended. • Michele Leann Deras, age 32 of Dutton, was arrested for Three Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Thomas Michael Guest, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. No Accidents Thursday June 10, 2021 No Incidents and Three Arrests • Jessica Brooke Goza, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Paul Andrew Cox, age 49 of Rainsville, was arrested for DUI. • Elisa Jean Garrett, age 52 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear. 2 Accidents with 0 Injuries Friday June 11, 2021 Incidents Animal Complaint – Occurred at 1507 Clark Ave NE,
forty chickens were killed by a dog, valued at $600. Damaged Property – Occurred at 2707 Desoto Pkwy NE, two fender flares were damaged on a 2005 Honda CRV, valued at $300. Three Arrests • Thomas Allen Sanders, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency. • Federico Belman Yebra, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Insurance Violation. • Oliver Hall Morgan III, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. 2 Accidents with 1 Injuries An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59, Gloria Andres Juan, age 36 of Rainsville, driving a 2006 Lexus 300, struck Brenda Yeary, age 71 of Rainsville, driving a 2014 Toyota Avalon. Yeary was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service. Saturday June 12, 2021 No Incidents and Two Arrests • Joshua Woodrow Anderson, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear. • Thomas Michael Guest, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. 2 Accidents With 1 Injury An accident occurred at Lebanon Road SW and Briarwood Ave SW, a 16-year-old juvenile female driving a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix, left the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned. She was transported to DeKalb Regional .

Five Arrests • Christina Lynn Babicz Canzano, age 56 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property. • Jacqui Leigh Daniel, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property. • Kathy Diane McPherson, age 63 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property. • Dakota Keith Pratt, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Four Warrants for Failure to Appear. • Savannah Rose Womack, age 26 of Ider, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. 2 Accidents with 0 Injuries Wednesday June 9, 2021 Incidents Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 1600 Glenn Blvd SW, a door on a 1994 GMC Sierra was damaged, valued at $500. Burglary – Occurred at 607 Forest Ave NW, two Samsung phones, three thumb drives, a memory card, and a hard drive were taken. The items were valued at $190. Six Arrests • Dawn Tucker Lambert, age 54 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
