Five Arrests • Jonathan Lee Nolan, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Vanessa Lashay Dalton, age 33 of Ider, was arrested for Theft of Property and a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Tristanh Dallon Lee Ferguson, age 22 of Flat Rock, was arrested for a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Danny Eugene Scott Jr, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for criminal Trespass. • Justin Tyler Webb, age 39 of Chattanooga, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Fugitive from Justice and Resisting Arrest. 4 Accidents with 0 Injuries Wednesday June 30, 2021 Incidents Theft of Property – Occurred at 525 19th Street NW, an Echo weed trimmer and a Craftsman push mower were taken, valued at $470. Damaged Property – Occurred at 707 Lincoln Ave SE, a window and screen were damaged, valued at $100. Change Bills Circulating – Occurred at 2612 A Gault Ave N, a $50 bill was counterfeit Theft of Services – Occurred at 504 Grand Ave SW, ten gallons of water were taken, valued at $5 Damaged Property – Occurred at 3714 Clark Ave NE, the outside wall of a house was damaged, valued at $10,000. Lost Property – Occurred at 1416 Glenn Blvd SW, two silver rings, a gold ring, a white-gold ring, a dreamcatcher necklace, and a pair of gold hoop earring were lost, valued at $2,480. One Arrest • Eugene Charles Mason, age 58 of Rainsville, was arrested for Public Lewdness 1 Accident with 0 Injuries Thursday July 1, 2021 No Incidents No Arrests 6 Accident with 2 Injuries An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 19th Street SW, Tammy Wynette Lazo, age 46 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Nissan, struck Demetrius Alexander Green, age 26 of Scottsboro, driving a 2016 Dodge Ram. Lazo was taken to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service. An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 2nd Street NE, a 16-year-old juvenile male of Fort Payne driving a 2010 Kia Soul, struck Tammie Brannon Jordan, age 59 of Fort Payne, driving a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Jordan then struck, Shela Kay Powell, age 56 of Ider, driving a 2012 Chrysler 300. Jordan was taken to Dekalb Regional Ambulance Service.

Five Arrests • Katelin Dawn Gilliam, age 24 of Valley Head, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice and a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Tina Marie Pennington, age 40 of Higdon, was arrested for Possession of Prescription Drugs. • Shiann Tabitha Sorrells, age 30 of Fyffe, was arrested on Two Warrants for Theft of Property and Outside Agency. • Jessica Lynn Dry, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Meleana Maxwell Wigley, age 41 of Fyffe, was arrested for DUI. 1 Accident with 0 Injuries Tuesday June 29, 2021 Incidents Theft of Property – Occurred at 1918 Dogtown Road SE, a Spy Point trail cam was taken, valued at $140. Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 1357 Old Water Works Road SW, a door on a 2021 Kia Forte was damaged, valued at $500.
No Incidents and Five Arrests • Grant Wayne Davis, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Selling/Distribution of Heroin. • Alan Boyd Prestwood, age 61 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication. • Austin Taylor Wagner, age 24 of Rainsville, was arrested om a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Jeremy David Brown, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. • Ethan McCoy Brown, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested for Domestic Violence, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. 1 Accident with 2 Injuries An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Prestwood Drive SW, Shannon Paige Manning, age 27 of Henagar, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Traverse, struck Roxie Jill Bell Shiflett, age 51 of Fackler, driving a 2008 Ford Edge. Manning was transported by private vehicle to DeKalb Regional. Friday June 25, 2021 Incidents Criminal Mischief – two mirrors were damaged on a 1970 GMC C10, valued at $600.
