The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Fraser Valley board area, at 38%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in April was $855,000, a 1.3% decrease from March and 1.9% above April 2023. The average sold price was $870,270, 0.8% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $545, down 1.1% to last month.
